This 246 units 2-3 storey shop office development is a long term plan under Daiman to create a new commercial hub in Kota Tinggi. Each shop is designed with bold frames, timber-like framing and floating roof overhang. Pocket terraces are inserted for shops with wider width, to create useful outdoor space ideal for F&B activities.
