This 220 acre agricultural development is conceptualized on part of FELDA Ayer Hitam to house 12,000 head pen area, cattle feed mill, abattoir, daily bazaar hall, farm lookout point, operation office & on-site accommodation, crop farm, transport depot and mineral water plant.
