This 52 units strata shops development hopes to break away from the usual color scheme by selecting the earth color tone to spice up the building. While using simple ventilation block as part of the facade to serve as decorative element as well as screen for the services. We were called to maximize the ground floor shop frontage at the front and rear to re-imagine a new typology for shop offices. Riding on this, a promenade could be introduced at the rear to re-think on the purpose of the back lane, that back lane could also be a quality space for business purposes.
