Proton Mutiara Rini

Location: Taman Mutiara Rini, Johor Bahru

Status: 2019 -2021 (completed) submitted by Wai Lai Architect

Client: HG Automotive Sdn Bhd

 

Proton Mutiara Rini is a new one-stop centre for Mutiara Rini community, housing a showroom, cafe and work area to service cars. The interior of the showroom is distinctively divided between floors with the display of cars at ground and the supporting office on a mezzanine level. The sales area is placed in front and glazed for maximized transparency, while the service areas are concealed behind with controlled vision to the car shop environment.
