Nestled within an existing industrial factory and on-site accomodation Block A & B) in Pontian, 2 blocks of 5 storey walk-up dormitory of total 937 pax capacity are proposed as part of the factory expansion to cater more on-site workers. Block C comes with a basic dormitory type accomodation (8 pax per room) while Block D offers a slightly premium room type accomodation (3-6 pax per room)
