Gaya 6 Landscape

Location: Taman Gaya, Johor Bahru

Status: 2021 – current

Client: Atlantic Dynamic Sdn Bhd

 

Landscape design for Gaya Zone 6 focuses on providing safe and user-friendly green park to the Gaya community. Leopard tree with fine small leaves is selected to define each housing row. Each road will end with a row of Chinese Juniper trees, deliberately breaking the consistent perimeter rhythm of tall Hopea Odorata trees. Secured with low shrub, central park is fully equipped with outdoor gym, children playground, pavillions and jogging track, the focal point of the whole housing precinct.
