Education: University of New South Wales, Sydney

Under JPA Oversea Degree Programme Scholarship, Zhen completed his architectural education at the University of New South Wales, Sydney with RAIA (NSW) First Degree Graduate of the Year award. Upon graduation, He worked at PBD Architects as design architect, then Y Architects Sdn Bhd till March 2019. He joined SJ Design & Management in April 2019 when he obtained his professional registration with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia. During his 5 years tenure in y architects, he has been one of the leading designers under the guidance of Ar. Yap Yew Peng. One of his commendable brainchilds in Y architects is Daiman 18 clubhouse refurbishment. He enjoys doing collaborative design works for private clients, notable projects include above sea resort at Bohey Dulang Island and luxury forest resort at Sepilok.
