‘Ruang’ can be categorised in various complementary quality including indoor & outdoor, wet & dry, hot & cold, private & public and quiet & happening. Simplicity and fludity of all ‘Ruang’ elevates the spirit of the architecture and the appreciation of form.

Ruang Architects was founded in 2020 by three ex-coworkers as a studio-based design practice, strive to deliver and build unique ‘Ruangs’ that suit each client’s brief, site context and the change of time. Our architectural solutions are simple, practical, yet tailor-made.

Each project presents a new set of opportunities to make the most of the site in question and harness them to the personalities and requirements of our clients. We always work from macro to micro, from the overall structure, down to each joinery details.

We believe that ‘Ruangs’ are best when they can engage their occupant intensely,and at the same time work effortlessly for the passerby.
