We are commissioned to revive this long abandoned project in Segamat, consists of 32 unit 22’x70’ single storey terrace house and 25 unit 20’ x 52’ double storey terrace house. Most of the existing concrete structures of the single storey house will be rectified and reused, featuring harmonious repetition of gable end roof with lightweight clay tile-like metal covering.
