Shorelines are natural dynamic system that are everchanging, constantly molded by the simultaneous operation of erosion and deposition process. This natural occurence has inspired us to a sustainable planning of apartment that are molded by the natural forces around the site to achieve optimum and quality urban living.

Inspired by the natural erosion process along shoreline, its zig-zag facade responds to the existing traffic noise, tilted gently to maximize the sweeping view of Johore strait, golf course and plentong river. The 150 units Permas Shore celebrates its setting and positions itself wonderfully in between the temperament of noisy street and water body view.
